As we move into early fall, the real estate market in South Surrey and White Rock continues to show signs of a clear shift toward balance. While activity remains steady across all property types, the overall pace has slowed, inventory levels are rising, and both buyers and sellers are recalibrating expectations.

Detached home sales decreased slightly year-over-year, while activity picked up month-over-monthāa sign that buyers are re-engaging as more choice becomes available.
