As November settles in, the real estate market in South Surrey and White Rock continues to reflect a more balanced and thoughtful market. Activity remains consistent, but the pace has slowed seasonally, inventory levels are still elevated, and both buyers and sellers are making more measured decisions as the year winds down.
Hereās what weāre seeing on the ground this month:
Detached home sales declined modestly year-over-year, while activity also softened from Octoberāa typical seasonal shift as we head toward year-end.
